A great place to change the world.
Our mission is clear: to change lives through better sleep. And the passion here is palpable.
Culture: Work hard, play hard.
Think cutting edge Silicon Valley with a relaxed Midwestern friendliness. Debate tech with MIT grads in our ginormous new R&D space. Dodge our top sales guy flying by on the hoverboard. Strategize CPC at the standing desk in the Marketing room. Work out next to our CEO in the company gym and pitch him your pet project. Doors are open; layers are few. Jeans, sweatshirts and ponytails abound, so long as you’re tidy. Ideas are the thing.
People: Collaborators wanted.
We like intelligent, spirited, motivated people. The pace is fast. Be ready to switch gears at the drop of the hat on a daily basis. A positive attitude, hard work and respect for all will take you far. Bonus points for a sense of humor. All these things will make you friends here. What can we say, we like to hang out with people like us. See Job Postings (Jump link)
Benefits. A full complement of top-notch benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA/FSA, life insurance, paid vacation days, paid holidays and summer Fridays.
Workplace. On site there’s a gym, nap room, hover boards, scooters and ping pong. We have a nice kitchen and delicious snacks that just don’t stop. Which, admittedly, may be why we’ve just implemented CEO workout challenges.
Outings. We mix it up and pull out all the stops. Quarterly events this year have included a riverboat cruise, a Pistons game and an escape room. We also have bi-weekly catered lunches, where each department takes a turn giving an update. Lastly, Costco cakes are no strangers here; we celebrate victories, anniversaries and birthdays.
Product Discounts. Very generous deals for Team Members and their families on Reverie products.
Volunteering: Not just lip service.
We believe in giving back. This isn’t just about flipping some cash to an organization and patting ourselves on the backs. Nor something we only trot out at the holidays. We’ve developed ongoing relationships with many charities, attending their events and helping in whatever way we can. Some of these include the CCFA, Children’s Hospital of Michigan, The Children’s Tumor Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Sweet Dreamzzz and Humble Design.
