White Glove Installation Policy

Reverie only offers the best and that’s why White Glove Delivery is Reverie’s standard shipping method. Your new product is unloaded from the truck and delivered into your home at a time that you schedule. Your product will be put in place, assembled, tested and all packaging materials will be removed from your home.

You will be asked to schedule a delivery time and you will subsequently receive a call in advance to confirm the delivery time. You, or your representative over the age of 18 years, will be required to be at your home at the time of delivery. If you or your representative are late or are not present at the time of the scheduled delivery, you will incur a $150 fee that will automatically be charged to the credit card that you used to purchase your product. You authorize and accept this charge upon confirming your delivery time.



Please note that before the delivery takes place, you should prepare for the shipment by measuring all hallways and doorways to be sure that your new product will fit properly. Be aware that you may be charged for unusual conditions that cause your installation to exceed the thirty-minute delivery time allotment.

Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase. Please note any damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt. Refusal of delivery for any reason other than obvious physical damage will result in you being charged for all costs associated with the delivery and return of the product.
