Where can we try the Reverie Sleep System?

You can test out the Reverie sleep system on select Celebrity Cruise lines. Also, stay tuned for a Reverie experience coming to your neighborhood soon. Sign up for our mailing list here.

How do I know which end is the head of the bed?

The law tag is always placed at the head of the bed.

What is Free Shipping?

There is no charge for delivery and set up of your new Sleep System. We provide this service at no additional cost to you.

Your new Sleep System will be brought into your home, unpacked and set up in your bedroom, including up to half hour of minor assembly. Any additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery agent. The packaging materials will also be removed and discarded on your behalf.

You will receive a call from the delivery company to make delivery arrangements with you about 1 week after your order has shipped from our facility. Please note: Extremely remote locations may take an extra week.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and PayPal for online purchases.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

You will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation, call 1.800.456.7383 to talk to one of our Customer Service staff or Contact Us using our secure online form and we will check the order status for you.

You can also check the status of your order online from the Owner's Portal by submitting your email address and order number.

What happens after I make my purchase?

  1. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your delivery.
  2. We will begin making your mattress in our factory in Silver Creek, NY.
  3. You will go online and choose from a delivery time that works for you from what is available.
  4. We will send you your Reverie welcome box, complete with your personalized Reverie Card with your Reverie number, giving you access to a lifetime of discounts. The box will also contain a detailed instruction guide giving your more information on what to expect when your bed comes and sleep system care instructions.
  5. We will send you your Reverie pillows and other included accessories, such as mattress protectors, as well. They will likely arrive before the rest of your sleep system.
  6. Your mattress and adjustable foundation will arrive on the date you choose for delivery, and our professional deliverymen will set up and install the sleep system for you. They won’t leave until you sign off on delivery and installation being proper and to your satisfaction.
  7. If you have any questions, call us! We care about you and want to make you happy. Sleep is such an important part of life, and we want to help you sleep better.

What is that “new product” smell?

Some people notice a slight odor to their new Sleep System — this can come from our manufacturing process. This smell is normal and usually disappears before the product reaches you. Sometimes, however, this smell may still be noticeable. It usually disappears after a few weeks.

What is the Return Policy?

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress after all, 94% of owners are satisfied with their Reverie Sleep System. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 101 Night No-risk Trial. During those 101 nights if you don’t love your new mattress, call us. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress and foundation back and refund your money, less shipping charges.
