Mattress

Year 1 through 5 – Full Coverage

During the first five (5) years of this warranty, Reverie will not charge purchaser to repair or replace purchaser’s mattress if it is deemed defective by Reverie, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are purchaser’s responsibility.

Year 6 through Lifetime – Prorated Coverage

During years 6 and beyond of this warranty Reverie will, at its option, repair the mattress at a handling cost to purchaser, or replace the mattress at a prorated charge to purchaser plus transportation costs. If Reverie replaces the mattress, the prorated replacement charge purchaser pays will depend on when the mattress is replaced.

If the mattress is replaced during the 6th year of this warranty, the prorated replacement charge purchaser pays will be fifty (50) percent of the then current non-discounted, non-sale, non-promotional published retail price at www.reverie.com for the product Reverie determines to be most equivalent to what purchaser originally purchased.

If the mattress is replaced after the sixth year but before this warranty expires, the prorated charge purchaser pays will be fifty (75) percent of the then current non-discounted, non-sale, non-promotional published retail price at www.reverie.com for the product Reverie determines to be most equivalent to what purchaser originally purchased.

Deluxe Adjustable Foundation

FULL 1-YEAR WARRANTY

All defective electric and non-electric parts are replaced in your home at no cost to you for this first year.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All defective electric and non electric parts are no charge during year two and three. Customer pays for shipping and in-home service.

17-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

All defective mechanical parts are available for purchase to the consumer. Purchaser shall pay 1/17th of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by a number equal to three subtracted from the number of years after the warranty commencement.

Pillows

During the first three (3) years of this Limited Warranty, Reverie will at its option and sole discretion, repair the product at a handling cost to the original purchaser, or replace the product at a handling cost to the original purchaser.

Products that Reverie deems to be abused, mishandled, or used in any way that contributed to the defect in question may be denied warranty coverage at Reverie’s sole discretion.

This warranty is void if the product or cover is physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn, or if the law tag is removed.
