What happens after I make my purchase?

You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to set up your delivery.
We will begin making your mattress in our factory in Silver Creek, NY.
You will go online and choose from a delivery time that works for you from what is available.
We will send you your Reverie welcome box, complete with your personalized Reverie Card with your Reverie number, giving you access to a lifetime of discounts. The box will also contain a detailed instruction guide and sleep system care instructions.
We will ship your Reverie pillows, mattress protectors and other accessory purchases separately via UPS. They will likely arrive before the rest of your sleep system.
Your mattress and adjustable foundation will arrive on the date you choose for delivery, and our professional deliverymen will set up and install the sleep system for you. They won’t leave until you sign off on delivery and installation being proper and to your satisfaction.

3 Easy Payment Plan Agreement

Reverie only offers the best and that’s why White Glove Installation is Reverie’s standard shipping method. Your new product is unloaded from the truck and delivered into your home at a time that you schedule. Your product will be put in place, assembled, tested and all packaging materials will be removed from your home.

You will be asked to schedule a delivery time and you will subsequently receive a call in advance to confirm the delivery time. You, or your representative over the age of 18 years, will be required to be at your home at the time of delivery. If you or your representative are late or are not present at the time of the scheduled delivery, you will incur a $150 fee that will automatically be charged to the credit card that you used to purchase your product. You authorize and accept this charge upon confirming your delivery time.

Please note that before the delivery takes place, you should prepare for the shipment by measuring all hallways and doorways to be sure that your new product will fit properly. Space for the product must be clear and ready, as delivery personnel will not remove old furniture or bedding. Be aware that you may be charged for unusual conditions that cause your installation to exceed the thirty-minute delivery time allotment.

Upon delivery, please inspect your purchase. Please note any damage on the Proof of Delivery receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage, please note “refused due to damage” on the receipt. Refusal of delivery for any reason other than obvious physical damage will result in you being charged for all costs associated with the delivery and return of the product.

3 Easy Payment Plan Agreement

By selecting the 3 Easy Payment Plan for Sleep System Purchase Only, you agree to the following payment terms:

1/3rd of the purchase price plus the $99 finance charge at time of order
1/3rd of purchase price when your sleep system ships (you can request this to be 30 days after your order is placed)
1/3rd of purchase price 30 days after your sleep system ships

How to choose the perfect pillow

In choosing the right pillow to provide the most restful sleep you have to determine how you sleep. Sometimes that can be difficult as we easily switch during the night from side to side, back to stomach or sometimes using the pillow as a body pillow. Do you like your head almost flush with the bed or a little raised?

If you're a side sleeper the ideal position for the pillow would be between your ear and shoulder blade. It will keep your head aligned with your back as you sleep and you will be less likely to move. The Reverie® Classic Firm Pillow would work great for you and, if you do turn from side to side, will always "fit" and never push down. The natural rubber springs back with movement.
If you like to lay on your stomach and grab the pillow with your arms, the Reverie® Sweet Slumber or the Classic Plush would work well. The Sweet Slumber is a shredded natural rubber pillow and the Classic Plush is a molded pillow. Both pillows provide the flexibility to hold them as you sleep on your stomach.
Another alternative is you have used a feather pillow in the past, but prefer something with a little more substance is the Reverie® Memory Down. This pillow is a great choice for any position as a molded pillow, but also provides a unique cover that is filled with down and has the ability to develop levels of soft to firm.

You can have the perfect mattress, but without a pillow that allows you sleep as comfortable as the mattress, you may experience a restless night. Pillows are not an accessory to sleeping well, but a necessity to sleeping well and living better tomorrow.
