Will you send an order confirmation email?

Yes, we will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you gave us; it will include the same information as the order confirmation page. We will also send you an e-mail when the order ships so you’ll know it’s on its way.

How will I know that you’ve received my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll see a confirmation page that shows the products in the order, prices and other charges, and billing and delivery addresses. We encourage you to print this page for your records.

How do I know if my items are available or if they’re back ordered?

If an item is on back order, we will contact you personally to discuss how long the delay will be and give you the choice to back order or to cancel your order. In rare cases, an item will not be available—even though it doesn’t show as on “Backorder”. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail or phone, telling you about your options for affected items in your order.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

You will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your confirmation, call 1.800.456.7383 to talk to one of our Customer Service staff or Contact Us using our secure online form and we will check the order status for you.

You can also check the status of your order online from the Owner's Portal by submitting your email address and order number.

Do you sell products on E-Bay? Amazon? Craigslist?

No, we do not sell products on these sites, nor do we allow our authorized retailers to sell our products on these sites.
