What is that “new product” smell?

Some people notice a slight odor to their new Sleep System – this can come from our manufacturing process. This smell is normal and usually disappears before the product reaches you. Sometimes, however, this smell may still be noticeable. It usually disappears after a few weeks.

Do we need a foundation or box spring with our Reverie Sleep System?

No, your Sleep System includes the adjustable foundation and mattress. There is no need for a traditional box spring or metal bed frame.

What do I do if the bed won’t move?

1. Make sure the power cord is not unplugged from the wall or power strip.
2. Make sure the wall outlet the bed is plugged into is in working order.
3. Put fresh batteries in the remote control.
4. Check under the bed to make sure that all the wire are securely plugged into the control box.

Do I need a special electrical outlet for my Sleep System?

No, but we do recommend plugging your Sleep System into a surge protector power strip. This may help protect your bed from electrical surges in your home. We advise that you purchase a power strip cord that has a backup battery supply within the strip.

How long will it take to get used to my new mattress?

If you’re used to a traditional mattress, your new Reverie Sleep System may feel different at first. But don’t worry—you and your mattress will adjust to each other. As you sleep on the mattress, it will conform to your body. This “break in” period is different for everyone. It is important to note that after it’s completely broken in, your mattress will give you years of reliability and comfort.

Do I need to flip my mattress?

No, our mattresses are designed so you do not have to flip or rotate. The mattress has been designed with a designated top, head and foot area for proper support of your body from head to toe.

What is the height of my Sleep System?

The Reverie Sleep System total height, including foundation, casters and mattress is approximately 25" from top of mattress to floor.

I’d like my adjustable base to be higher off the floor.

Yes, we sell leg extensions that can make the mattress to floor height up to 29 inches from the floor.

What is the weight limit of your adjustable base?

Twin Long, Split/Dual CA King – 300 lbs.; Queen – 425 lbs.

Will your adjustable base fit inside my existing bed frame?

We have found that the adjustable bases fit inside most modern bed frames. However, they may not fit inside antique bed frames or other non-standard frames.
